Q
How many sessions should I consider and is there a period of time for me to complete my personal training sessions in the package?
A
The number of sessions you take really depends on your fitness goals, budget and intensity. All sessions come with a 6 month validity period from the start of the first personal training session. This is to ensure that clients are motivated, exercise regularly and achieve their fitness goals. The last thing we want is for a client to buy a training package and then disappear. If you are not serious and intend to be ghosting often, then please do not sign up.
