Since young I have found it difficult to build muscle and gain any weight. Shoulder injuries in NS made me rather hesitant to go to a gym, and since NS I have only ever done body weight exercises, which were severely limited in effect. Signing up for a trainer and meeting Nathan was such a blessing – he taught me exercises which allowed me to train safely and overcome my difficulties in building mass. Training sessions were tough yet enjoyable for the spots of conversation between sets.
